Install sild in a few clicks and check that your shop has everything it needs.
Download sild-merit-aktiva.zip
The plugin is free. Don't unzip the file: WordPress needs the ZIP as it is.
What you need
- WordPress 6.5 or newer.
- WooCommerce 9.0 or newer, turned on. Block and classic checkout both work, with or without HPOS.
- PHP 8.1 or newer. Your host shows the version in its control panel. In WordPress, look under Tools → Site Health → Info → Server.
- Merit Aktiva on the Pro or Premium package. The API is only open on these packages, and a smaller one refuses the connection.
- An administrator account in WordPress. Shop managers can work with orders and settings. Only an administrator can connect the shop, go live and manage the plan.
Install
- Download the ZIP with the link above.
- In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New Plugin.
- Click Upload Plugin, choose
sild-merit-aktiva.zipand click Install Now. - Click Activate Plugin.
Done! The admin menu now has sild · Merit Aktiva with four screens: Overview, Orders & checks, Settings and Plan & billing. Until you connect the shop, the setup wizard opens there.
Updates
New versions show up in Plugins like any other plugin update. Click Update now. Your settings and history stay.
You can also update by hand: download the new ZIP, upload it the same way and let WordPress replace the current version.
What sild sends, and where
The plugin sends order data to the sild service, and the service creates the documents in Merit Aktiva. The plugin itself never talks to Merit Aktiva. Your API key is kept encrypted in the service, never in WordPress. Data stays in the EU, under the GDPR. More on the security page.
