Questions about pricing
What counts towards the limit?
Orders sild sends to Merit in live mode. Checks in preview mode are free and never count.
What if I go over the limit?
On paid plans everything keeps going and we let you know when a bigger plan would fit better. On the Free plan, orders wait until next month or an upgrade. No order is ever lost.
How do I pay?
By card, right from your WordPress admin, monthly or yearly. You get an invoice by email for every payment.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, any time. A bigger plan starts at once; when you cancel, the paid period runs to its end.
Is the Merit subscription included?
No. Merit Aktiva is your own subscription, and the API needs its Pro or Premium package.
